Origami Conference 2010

I returned from the Origami Conference with many ideas. It did my heart good to see so very many friends and first time convention attendees folding on Saturday into the wee hours of Sunday morning, folding and talking. I will put pictures up later.

Record Precipitation in March

Did you know that the state of New York got more precipitation in March than had ever been recorded. Happy Easter! I am busy getting the script for my autobiographical movie ready. I don't think my blogging days are over, but there is so much I don't want to air to the world. I am still dealing with limiting my collections.

Mid Spring

It suddenly became spring this week. The weather got warm, the trees flowered, the pollen floated down and my nose clogged up. This is also the time for gardening and I helped my father in his garden on this beautiful day.
The beginnings of the garden are exciting times of potential. It is intoxicating to plant a broccoli seedling and realize in 80 days it will be stalks of broccoli.

April Break!

Well my break has gotten off to a wonderful start. Yesterday we had lunch with an old friend that I had not seen in 25 years. It was a rare treat.
